One space at a time

    Export from Confluence

    The space's HTML export, as a ZIP of up to 100 MB.

  2. 02

    Preview in Knowledge

    Every page and what will happen to it, with any warnings, before anything is written.

  3. 03

    Import as drafts

    The page tree, images and files land in a space; links between pages point at the new pages.

  4. 04

    Restrict, own, publish

    Limit the space to the people who had it, give important pages owners, and publish.

Plainly, before you move

  • Comes across

    Pages in their tree, their text and tables, images and attachments, and links between imported pages.

  • Skipped, not overwritten

    A page whose title already exists in the space is skipped; its children hang from the nearest imported page above.

  • Drafts first

    Nothing is published by the import; you decide when the space goes live.

  • Macros, mapped

    Info, tip, note and warning macros become panels; expand, status and table of contents come across. Any other macro keeps its text and is named in the preview.

  • Not carried

    Confluence comments and page history are not imported: each page arrives as one new draft.

  • Done with you

    We run the first import with you on your own export, during the demo or onboarding.

  • Stay linked to the work

    The way Confluence links Jira issues, Knowledge links Varynt Work tasks and Desk leads.
