Short answers

Who counts as a person?

Everyone on your staff who holds a Knowledge seat. It is a staff-only product: the client-portal contacts of a Varynt Work workspace cannot open it, so they never count.

Is there a minimum?

Standard and Premium start at 3 people; Enterprise at 50, with volume pricing agreed with us.

What happens when we need more people?

Adding somebody beyond your subscribed number is refused with an explanation rather than billed. Tell us and we add people to your subscription.

Can we have one feature without the next plan?

Yes. Any advanced feature can be switched on for one workspace on its own, priced from the same price book.

How do we pay?

By invoice, in rupees, monthly or yearly. There is no card on file and no automatic charge.

Can we move between plans?

Yes. Talk to us and we move you; your spaces and pages stay exactly where they are. A downgrade never releases a legal hold, and never stops an admin switching single sign-on off.

Can we export our data?

Yes. Any page exports to Word or Markdown, and a workspace admin can export every page in one ZIP.
